Collin-Dallas OSU Parents

OSU Homecoming really begins the evening of Friday October 20th. That is the "Walkaround". As long as the weather is perfect like it was last year, this is a really great time for everyone in the family. It is like a little fair - with huge decorations in front of many of the fraternity houses, many booths selling good food and snacks (bring cash with you) and even the International students get into it, with dance exhibits and some pretty good-looking dishes from their native lands. Kids of all ages, friends of kids, parents, grandparents - anyone that can get around will enjoy it. Basically Walkaround begins near dusk, so you don't have to get up to Stillwater super early to enjoy it. On Saturday morning, check out the Parade - which will be broadcast live by the OSU broadcast journalism students and staff. Do not pass up the OSU Parents Association tent - ready for tailgating!
